BayNerve costs $49.99 per month or $499.99 per year for the whole shop. Adding a technician, an advisor, or a bookkeeper does not change the subscription, so you are never charged per user for letting the right person into the record.

How BayNerve shop pricing differs from a per-seat model.
BayNerve bills by shop rather than by user. The example below shows how a per-seat model can behave; actual competitor pricing and access rules vary.

What does $49.99 per month include?
The shop plan includes work orders, technician assignment, the shop status board, digital inspections, estimates, customer approvals and signatures, photos and voice notes, scheduling and check-in, invoices and payment records, vehicle and customer history with search, roles and permissions, and reporting. The same shop plan is $49.99 monthly or $499.99 yearly.
Does the price go up as I add people?
No. BayNerve is not priced per user. Owners, service advisors, technicians, administrators, and read only users such as a bookkeeper are covered by the same shop subscription, whether the shop is billed monthly or yearly.
Is there a free trial?
Trials are arranged by request rather than through the website. Email info@gearboxtechnologies.com with your shop name and the number of technicians, and we will set one up and tell you exactly how long it runs.
Are there add-ons or extra modules?
BayNerve’s current shop-management features are included in the shop subscription. Customer card payments processed through BayNerve carry BayNerve’s standard 3% platform fee plus Stripe processing fees. Connected providers may also have their own account, subscription, or processing fees.
Does BayNerve charge a fee for payment processing?
Yes. Customer card payments processed through BayNerve are subject to BayNerve’s standard 3% platform fee plus applicable Stripe processing fees. The payment fee is separate from the $49.99 monthly or $499.99 yearly shop subscription.
What does setup cost?
BayNerve does not charge an implementation fee. Shop setup is self-service: add your people, labor rates, bays, and shop settings before you start writing work orders.
